Do you have Wi-Fi?  
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Is parking available at the hotel?     
Yes, we have ample, on-site parking at the back of the hotel.  Parking is charged at £3.00 per day.  When paying for parking you will receive a voucher for one free tea, coffee or soft drink.

What is your cancellation policy?
The hotel operates a cancellation policy of 24 hours prior to arrival.  Cancellations received after 2.00pm the day prior, or failure to cancel, will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.

Is the hotel family friendly?
Our Hayloft and Garden Suites can accommodate two children on a z-bed each, and our restaurant offers a delicious Children’s menu.

Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?     
Our Garden Rooms are perfect for wheelchair users as they are very near reception, on ground level, and are spacious enough to move around in.  Unfortunately, none of our bedrooms have full disabled facilities, and whilst we do try to be as wheelchair friendly as possible, the Spread Eagle is a very old building, which is Grade I listed.  This means that we do have a few narrow corridors and staircases, which might be difficult for a wheelchair to access.  We recommend speaking to a member of the team when making a booking.

What time is check out?       
Check out is up until 11am.

What time is check in?         
Check in is from 2pm.

Is it possible to get a late check out or early check in?       
Late check outs and/or early check ins are sometimes available, depending on various factors, including whether the room is in use the day prior or following evening.  They are unlikely to be available to be booked in advance, and are not guaranteed, so we recommend speaking to a member of the team during your stay.

What time is breakfast?       
Breakfast is served between 7am and 9.30am on weekdays, and between 8am and 10am on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Can you pre-book a table for The Restaurant?        
Yes, you can book a table in our restaurant by calling 01844 213661.

Do you offer a best price guarantee?           
Yes, the best prices are available when booking direct. 

Are you a pet friendly hotel?
Unfortunately we do not accept pets at the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs.

Do you offer non-smoking rooms?   
Yes, all of our rooms and public areas are non-smoking.

Can I upgrade my room after booking?
